Not doing a very good job at becoming/staying overrated

At least I have a (only occasionally updated, but not on MySpace) blog.

[kudos to rmd for grabbing this pic during Phil Gordon’s talk at the BARGE banquet.]

    Hi Andrew:

Are you winning on stars? What’s your winrate like? Any strategy posts coming(like the classics of the past)?

    Ciao.

Since I don’t have an LJ account… I was just surfing the San Diego realty market and found a house that someone bought for $571k last November and is trying to offload for $519k, 9965 Fieldthorn Street, 92127. I saw one house that sold for $219k in 2001 that they were asking $550k for, and the next listing was for a house that sold for $217k in 1990(!) and was also on the market for $550k. Wacky.
